Despite just having one debt outstanding of $600.00, my record shows 17 bad items. Even though I've raised many complaints, they won't remove these items from my credit record. Nelnet is paying for all of my student loans. I have settled an 800.00 debt. I have only one debt remaining. Upon reaching out to the company from which I obtained the funds, they checked and confirmed that I had only one loan left. I've sent some dispute letters to the CRAs, but they never responded to the letters I sent them. This organization, has attorneys whom I would want to hire. Would I make the right choice? To correct all the incorrect information and modify the reports, how long would it take?
